CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story rewrote the record books for VH1, nabbing 4.5 million viewers and 2.4 A18-49, the highest rated VH1 Original Movie in network history.
In addition, the original movie was the highest rated telecast for any VH1 program in the past five years, surpassing hits like Basketball Wives, and Love and Hip Hop.
In the Women 18-34 demo, which VH1 skews toward, the biopic earned a 5.5 demo. CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story stands as the number one original movie for any network among A18-49 and W18-49.
Even on Twitter, it was all TLC. Nearly 1.92 million tweets were generated, four times as large as the next closest television program: Monday Night Football. Overall, nearly 55% of all tweets regarding television were #CrazySexyCool.
